Musical Director Maurice Abravanel plays the piano during rehearsals for Street Scene, late 1946. The accomplished musician, having worked on the musicals Seven Lively Arts and One Touch of Venus, later became the conductor for the Utah State Symphony Orchestra until his retirement in 1979.
